Parrascope

At long last, the initial reporting period for ARRA spending is over. Many states have reported a great sense of relief coupled with anxiety regarding the next period, which is fast approaching. Few have reported that the entire process was a smooth one, and we hope that our application can remedy that situation for all who try it.

Using the most recent ARRA reporting guidance provided by the OMB, Level One Technologies has re-released the HTML spec site. This site will be updated continuously to reflect the most recent requests from Wyoming users.

The spec site will be used as the blueprint for the Parrascope system, and will be launched once all functionality decisions are finalized.

The state of Wyoming has agreed to become a co-developer of the Parrascope system. The terms of the agreement provide Wyoming with the exclusive access to design and test the system prior to full launch. No other states will be considered for membership during this initial design phase.
