The reporting deadline for monthly reporting is
On the surface this may seem like an tight timeframe, but you will likely find that after the first month, you are only making minor updates to your report. These updates can be made any time, you don't have to wait for month end. Level One will also be available to help you complete your reports as quickly as possible.

For most of you, this should be a very fast process. Your reporting entries from Q4 2009 have been retained, and for most there will be no change. If this is the case, please review your narratives and just re-submit the entries for Q1-Month 2 of 2010. Your reporting can be fully completed in minutes if you fall into this category.
GUIDED REPORTING
As always, Level One is available to walk you through your reporting in Parrascope. This should take just a few minutes over the phone. We've already helped several districts with reporting for this period and it's gone very quickly. We encourage anyone who would like additional assistance to email JJ Kirkpatrick to schedule a call, or call directly (
WDE to Update Reports Monthly
on February 9, 2010
Effective
This change reflects Wyoming’s decision to continue its statewide policy of collecting reports on a monthly basis for all ARRA awards.
This reporting policy will not alter how sub-recipients and vendors enter data using Parrascope, just how often:
The monthly report will still include the total hours worked for the quarter (ending each month) and the narrative descriptions of the jobs and progress of the project. Cumulative vendor payments greater than $25,000 will also be included.

Report / Search Features Are Live
on February 1, 2010
Customized reporting, searching and list filtering has been activated in Parrascope for Federal Awards and State Projects. This will help prime recipients, sub-recipients and vendors to locate very specific information regarding their awards.
State agencies will find this new feature particularly useful on the State Project list. With a few clicks, this list can be parsed to display only relevant data, such as all records with jobs attached, records without expenses, or records with incomplete project progress information. The possible combinations are unlimited, and will allow each user to isolate only the desired information.
In addition to filtering, which is available on all categorized Federal Award and State Project lists, members may perform searches and generate custom reports using Parrascope. Inside the sub-menus, beneath the list categories, there is a "Report / Search" selection that will allow users to search with multiple reporting options.
The "Report / Search" option from the State Project sub-menu:

New Enhancements on the Way
on January 19, 2010
Now that the reporting period for the 4th Quarter of 2009 has come to a successful close, Level One will focus its complete attention on improving and expanding the functionality of the Parrascope system.
For vendors and sub-recipients, this includes improvements to the jobs and reporting page, assistance with vendor registration and notification, and new training tools to help minimize reporting time and effort.
As each new enhancement comes online, notifications and support materials will be sent to all registered users.
